The State and Local Government Organization of HP is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for various future opportunities as seeking a Chief Technology Officer in Chicago, IL. This is a full time role at HP.

The person who fills this role will be expected to perform the following:
• Sets and provides overall strategic and technical direction for the team for the application development project
• Provide guidance for future technology direction and long range planning
• Lead the team in anticipating and reacting to major technology changes.
• Executive presence to interact with the client CIO/CTO
• Leads production of the Case Management System application
• Ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the technical solution and product
• Assist with the management of Technology contracts / technology work products and activities of sub-contractors and partners; approves all deliverables
• Participates in business technology planning
• Identify revenue opportunities to expand the current footprint
-Qualifications
Qualified Candidates will meet or exceed the following requirements:
• Experience with Dynamics CRM- customer Relationship Management
• Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL
• Hands on experience with Microsoft BiZ Talk
•10+ years of IT experience with progressive roles
• Bachelor Degree preferred with IT related experience
• Understanding of MS Dynamics and ADX technologies
• Understanding of Court Case Management Systems (preferred)
• Prior experience with Agile (Scrum) delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
